New Small-Diameter Model Added to
“Clean Flow” Mass Flow Meter Series

Demand for highly accurate low-flow-rate management is increasing in the manufacturing of chemicals, functional materials, electronic materials, and other plants. However, maintaining accuracy at low flow rates remains a challenge for stable facility operation and quality control.
To address these needs, we have added new small-diameter models to the “Clean Flow” mass flow meter series. The new models can measure flow rates of up to 2,500kg/h, a range that has been difficult to cover with conventional products, making them suitable for applications such as R&D facilities and small-scale production lines.

1. High Durability and Compact Design
The compact design is ideal for space-saving equipment and wide range of production and R&D applications. In addition, stainless steel wetted parts provide excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
2. Highly Accurate Mass Flow Measurement
The new models achieve high measurement accuracy of ±0.09%. Equipped with a low-pressure-loss measuring tube, they provide stable and reliable measurement. The Coriolis measurement principle minimizes the effect of fluid temperature and pressure fluctuations.
3. Connection End Optimized for Small Meter Size
In addition to the standard JIS 20K connection, the models are available with 1/2’ NPT union connections for small-diameter piping applications.
