Founded in 1938, NITTOSEIKO has operated for 85 years. We believe that our success over more than 80 years is explained by our role as a close, essential partner for our clients. During our formative years, not to mention the period of postwar turmoil, and even after our operations began to stabilize, the company survived numerous challenges amid changing economic circumstances. We are convinced that we have been able to overcome these challenges strongly and steadily because we have responded based on the basic principles of our company motto, "Our Creed". While a company must be able to sense rapidly changing circumstances and be flexible enough to quickly respond to changes, we believe that it must also have an unshakable, unchanging spiritual foundation that must never waver. We believe in "Our creed" and our corporate attitude, which is to "improve ourselves" in our business, to "work together with sincerity" and to "contribute to society with a heart of gratitude" at all times.

In 2019, without changing our corporate stance, with our next 90th anniversary and 100th anniversary in mind, we have developed a new long-term and mid-term business plan. As stated in our long-term management vision for the next 10 years, "Aiming to be a 'Monozukuri Solution' Group that is recognized and sought after around the world," we will redouble our efforts under our company motto of "Our Creed" to become a group that is valued and relied upon by our customers and stakeholders worldwide.
In order for the NITTOSEIKO Group to always stand at the customers' eye level, provide valuable products and proposals and support the growth of our customers, we will act more than ever to meet our customers and talk directly with them.
The new mid-term management plan "Mission G-second," which is the embodiment of this action, is to implement 120% customer satisfaction in a wider range of locations around the world by bringing together and mobilizing the Group's collective efforts.
