Released the “NC Grip” anti-loosening screw

【Product Overview】

□A self-locking screw with a coating of
　microencapsulated epoxy resin on the threaded part.

□The microcapsule is cracked when screwed in, and
　the epoxy resin oozes out and hardens to prevent
　loosening.

□Coating is possible on all types of screws, including
　small screws and tapping screws.

【Examples of Usage】

□Area to be made non-decomposable
□Where it is used for vibration and heat

    

【Application Example】

□The use of a new pre-coating agent improves
　the quick-drying properties of epoxy resin.

The curing time required to obtain a loosening torque (the torque required to reverse the screw) that exceeds the tightening torque is about one sixth that of our conventional product (NK Grip).

□Loosening Torque Performance


The maximum instantaneous loosening torque after 72 hours of tightening is almost the same as that of the conventional product (NK Grip), providing a powerful loosening prevention effect.

□The planting bolts can be fixed in place
　with adhesive

Even for a stud bolt that does not have a head and is difficult for axial force to act on, it has a return torque performance that exceeds that of conventional products (NK Grip).
